What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 6.5 MT, plus or minus 10 percent. An order can combine widths and colors within one coating system depending on the run, which we confirm per enquiry.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the specification, coating, color and the current production schedule, so it is confirmed at quotation. Tell us your target date with your enquiry.
What coating systems do you offer?
Orbit offers seven coating systems: PE, HDPE, PVDF, PUPA, Epoxy-PE, Acrylic and PU. Each suits different priorities, and the coating systems page compares them by environment.
What is the difference between a finish and a coating?
The finish is the appearance, such as solid, metallic, gloss, matte or textured. The coating system is the chemistry that decides durability and formability, and you choose both.
What sizes can you supply?
Orbit supplies thickness from 0.20 to 2.00 mm and width up to 1650 mm, with coating up to 1350 mm wide and coils up to 10 tonnes. We also slit and cut to length, with exact dimensions confirmed per order.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes. Orbit matches any RAL or custom color reference, held consistent across the order.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
Orbit ships from Aqaba, Jordan. Sea transit is typically 5 to 13 days port-to-port to Europe and around 25 days to the USA, with nearby markets served by land.
What Incoterms do you offer?
Orbit offers flexible Incoterms, including DAP.
What warranty applies?
Coated coil carries a warranty of 5 to 20 years, depending on the application and the installation environment. The applicable term is confirmed for your specification.
How much recycled content is possible?
Roughly 75 percent is achievable on select coated coil, for example a 3105 substrate with a PUPA coating, without compromising the finish. Recycled content varies by alloy and is confirmed per order.
Can I get datasheets and samples?
Datasheets are issued against your specification through an RFQ, so the figures match your order. Request them on the datasheets page or with your enquiry.
