SLITTING
Using high quality cutting tools guarantees very tight tolerances and free of edge burr. the coils are also cut into the desired weight and diameter to meet final application specifications.
The slitting line is also equipped with an automatic edge guiding system to minimize the scrap, generated by the edge trim. These slits can be as narrow as 20 mm wide.

We offer cut to length service with a maximum sheet dimension up to 1500 mm X 4000 mm (59″ x 157.48″)
EMBOSSING
Embossing different designs onto coils such as stucco or diamond designs are applied to sheet metal roofing and Garage doors to enhance their performance.
PROTECTIVE FILM
For additional protection for coated surfaces, a protective film can be applied. Film thickness and design vary according to customer specification.
